On October 10th, 2017 Dawn Cordeiro, Education Advocate, Wrightslaw Trained, and President of Tommy’s Voice, gave a presentation about parents rights and laws in special education. The presentation was designed to understand what the laws are and what the parents basic rights are for their child with special needs. This is part one in a three part series.
