May 22nd, 2018 was the start of the demolition of the Swansea Bluffs Building located at the town beach. The Bluffs is one of the many iconic places in Swansea. Originally built in 1935 the Bluffs was a roller skating rink and a dance hall and a social gathering places for many back in the day.
